Professional Appraisal and Property Management Services was started in 1994 by Kathryn Murdy under the name of Professional Appraisal Services.  In 1996 the company name changed to Professional Appraisal and Property Management Services to indicate a new involvement in the field of property management.

     Professional Appraisal and Property Management Services offers residential appraisal services in the Somerset  County Area.  Kathryn has been a state certified residential appraiser since 1992.  She is also a Pennsylvania licensed Broker and has been active in the real estate industry since becoming licensed as a salesperson in 1986.

     The property management division is serviced by Jennifer Weyant.  Jennifer has been a licensed Pennsylvania salesperson since 1998 and, as property management assistant, handles approximately 155 units on a daily basis.  Her exceptional knowledge of the rental market aids her in meeting the needs of both landlords and tenants.
